Issy greeted me very professionaly and inspected my ears even though I was 25 mins late due to road closures. To me this shows a very flexible approach, the condition and statecof my ears was explained to me in simple terms and I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

Issy is very knowledgeable and explained everything that was involved in the treatment making us feel relaxed and comfortable with the procedure. No need for Olive oil in the ear for a week, straight in there and out in 20 minutes. Izzy knows what she is doing and is very experienced. Also, what a great place to visit, close to Moreton in Marsh and surrounded by countryside. What could be better, a day in the Cotswolds and I can hear again🙂
