by law, or for fraud prevention purposes. Or, where your specific permission has been granted to share your information with your health service provider(s).

Personal data will be held with your permission for as long as we are aware you remain a registered client of the Willows.

The Willows will never share your data with anyone outside of the organisation other than other health professionals, with your specific permission.

All personal data held by us is either stored in a locked cabinet, or on a password protected computer.

The Willows’ card payment system is PCI compliant.

Only staff at The Willows have access to your data held here. Only the clinical practitioner has access to your medical information.

Your Rights

You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
