Out of Hours Ear Treatment
Here at The Willows we appreciate that sometimes there are circumstances when it is not always ideal to wait to fit into a booking schedule. An imminent wedding or holiday, a painful ear, or even just an impossibly unpredictable work schedule.
To try to help our clients in the most appropriate way we are now offering the option of an Out-of Hours appointment.
Out-of-Hours appointments may be available during the day, or early evening or at the weekend.
Note these special appointments can only be arranged via email or via our dedicated out of hours contact form.

Please Note: These are basically out of hours appointments and carry an out of hours additional fee of £42 on top of the usual clinic fees. Thus an Out of Hours appontment with wax removal is £100 and for those with very little or no wax £62.
They are only available by personal arrangement with me, and may be available on any day of the week.
Also note: These new appointments are not replacing the option to be added to the “cancellations waiting list” currently in operation.

Issy greeted me very professionaly and inspected my ears even though I was 25 mins late due to road closures. To me this shows a very flexible approach, the condition and statecof my ears was explained to me in simple terms and I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

Issy is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I was hoping for a wax removal so giving me a instant fix, unfortunately it wasn’t a wax issue on this occasion. So convenient having this clinic locally, I’m certain I’ll be back at some point, thank you Issy.

First time we have visited the Willows and have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Issy is very knowledgeable and explained everything that was involved in the treatment making us feel relaxed and comfortable with the procedure. Issie was very friendly and very professional. She cleared my ears completely of wax using micro suction and irrigation, explaining what she was doing at every stage of the process.
The site is easy to find, parking is ample and the price was good so I will certainly use Issie again when I need to do so.

I was having a little trouble with blocked ears so booked into the Willows to have some wax removed. Easy to book online and got an appointment the next day. No need for Olive oil in the ear for a week, straight in there and out in 20 minutes. Izzy knows what she is doing and is very experienced. Also, what a great place to visit, close to Moreton in Marsh and surrounded by countryside. What could be better, a day in the Cotswolds and I can hear again🙂
